About Us

Rich is a Cincinnatian, serving those in his hometown and the surrounding Ohio and Kentucky communities for the past twenty years. He received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College in 1989. Following his return from New Hampshire to his hometown, he graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1992 where he served on the Moot Court Board and was selected to the Order of Barristers. He has practiced law in Greater Cincinnati for twenty years.

Rich serves clients accused of felony, misdemeanor and DUI/OVI offenses. He also represents individuals in personal injury, automobile collision, wrongful death, product liability and medical negligence matters. Rich further represents clients in commercial and insurance related fields.

Rich is licensed in Ohio, Kentucky, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Northern Kentucky Bar Association, the Clermont County Bar Association and the Warren County Bar Association. He is certified under the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio to represent those charged in capital murder matters.

He is married with two sons and resides in Anderson Township.
